4. Florida: Cheap houses, nice weather, good opportunities for jobs, nice people. Georgia: Nice southern lifestyle, cheap houses, historical buildings, and there is tons of money in the city of Atlanta Connecticut: Nice people, diverse economy. Texas: Pretty nice people, tons of money and jobs, good weather and farmland throughout.
5. Any red state with none or at least lower income taxes, lower property taxes and most importantly jobs.
