Which borough is the best to live in New York City?

I need some suggestions. I am trying to find a good place to live in NYC where environment is not too noisy. Can I have some opinions which is the best borough to live in NYC?

2. I say Queens. Not noisy in my area, friendly neighbors, a lot of cultural diversity, and an overall nice place to live.
3. by far Staten island is the best choice! "Harley Drive" is correct BTW
4. Neighborhoods within the boroughs vary, but Staten Island is known for being the quietest borough. I hope this information was very helpful.
