what is the best cities to live in for aspiring lingerie model?

Also whats the best idea for preparing for that type of modeling, attending a model school, or just some coaching, or just enter some pageants are competitions to get notice. Im in mississippi so i know its nowhere here, i have to leave, in desperate need plz help.
