Where are the best places to live (apartments) near albany, Georgia?

I am looking for a nice place to live in albany, GA, specifically within 30 miles of Darton College (Gillionsville road).

I live 45 min from Albany,i go there all the time,i have not seen anything nice in Albany as far as apts.,or let me rephrase that i have not seen anything new lately.leesburg,lee county, run into Albany and is a growing community,15 min from Albany,and darton.you might find something there as well,and perhaps cheaper.Good luck.Oh and call the chamber of commerce for a list,or school.
