- philadelphia, boston, and denver are my favs
- Milwaukee, WI only in the summer though. Summerfest
- Los angeles or san diego both 1 hour away and new york
- New York City, of course, is a must for culture. San Francisco is energetic and funky, and it has awesome neighboring cities like Oakland and Berkeley.
- In no particular order: Los Angeles San Francisco Boston New York Austin New Orleans San Diego Phoenix Denver St. Louis *Washington, D.C. Good luck.
- Seattle, San Francisco, Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Las Vegas, Santa Fe, Vicksburg, Key West, Savannah, Charleston, Washington, New York, Boston, Chicago are among the places that have some special quality or qualities that set them apart frpom other places. I listed Monterey but it's rerally three small cities together Monterey/Pacific Grove/Carmel-by-the Sea.
- New York Chicago San Diego San Fran Seattle Miami Austin, TX Washington DC Boston Phoenix Denver
- I think you would do well to visit these: 1.Jacksonville, FL 2. Savannah, GA 3. New York City, NY 4. Salt Lake City, UT 5. San Antonio, TX 6. Tampa, FL 7. Atlanta, GA 8. Chicago, IL 9. Washington, D.C. 10. Albuquerque, NM Keep in mind that the real suprises are found in the small towns and rural areas of America. Don't miss Louisiana's "Cajun Country" or the Four Corners Region, so called because at one point you can stand in four states (UT, AZ, NM, and CO) at once.
- well, the USA is a big place, so if you re going to spend 2 weeks in every place then you should mix it up, big city and small town. heres my list: 10. New York City 9. Philadelphia 8. Cheasapeake Bay, Maryland 7. Washington, DC 6. Memphis, Tennessee 5. Ohio River Valley 4. New Orleans, La 3. Chicago 2.Upper Peninsula Michigan State 1. Plains in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota
- 1)Phoenix, AZ 2)Mesa, AZ 3)Tempe, AZ 4)Scottsdale, AZ 5)Frakenmuth, MI-Need to See Bronners Christmas Wonderland (largest year round Christmas Store in the world www.Bronners.com) 6)Santa Barbara, CA 7)Solvang, CA 8)San Diego, CA 9)Pismo Beach, CA 10)Lake Tahoe, CA 11)San Francisco, CA 12)Lake Havasu, AZ 13)Las Vegas, NV
- I suggest that you study geography at Microsoft Encarta for Kids. It might help you decide on what cities to go to! I had studied the 50 states through it and with the help of Yahoo travel since it has slides to show of the places. There are games as to the famous spots in US. It is fun! I had only been to California and Nevada. San Diego is a nice place. Once there, try going to the last American exit. LA is heavy traffic! San Francisco is a lovely city! I had been also to the Contra costa county near San Francisco ( Concord, Pittsburgh, Oakland, La Fayette) ! I had been to the Ventura County also ( Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard). to the grape vineyards of Sonoma! I had been to the really hot place of El Centro, California too. Orange Country has its own beauty too. California alone is already a big State. I hadnt heard of a Californean who had been to the whole of California yet. Nevada has the best hotels in America. Each hotel has its own unique features. Try going to each place.
