San Antonio, Texas 5. Little Rock, Arkansas 4. Sioux Falls, South Dakota 3. Boise, Idaho 2. Amarillo, Texas ....and the number one city in America....Great Falls, Montana

That's a tough question - there are so many factors ... cost of living, climate, activities, healthcare, etc.... so much is your personal preferences.... but here's my top 5 list at least: 1) San Diego, CA - beautiful climate, scenery and beaches 2) Tucson, AZ - sunny most of the year! 3) Madison, WI - friendly people and lots to do 4) Charlotte, NC - good economy, mild climate, friendly people 5) Bay Area, CA - beautiful, nice climate
