Besides New Orleans which other U.S. cities are best-known, for women exposing themselves in public?

Other than being at The French Quarter in New Orleans, during Mardi Gras celebration, in February which among other U.S. cities are best known, for women exposing indecency or flashing themselves in public? Perhaps somewhere in Miami or West Palm Beach during spring break, or maybe in your own neighborhood. I'm sure some of you had seen "Girls Gone Wild" video series.

1. What does this have to do with homosexuality? Women should have the right to go topless, it's not right that men are allowed to and women aren't. If men's nipples aren't obscene then neither are women's.

3. I have seen topless women the the Gay Pride Parade in Atlanta, Georgia. How cheap and tacky!!! (Only my opinion.)
4. Panama City Florida during spring break. Those girls are CRAZY!!! I think it’s like the number one spring break destination in the USA.
5. Don't forget S.F. This is the place to find every conceivable deviant behavior that has been discovered up till now. When there is a new one, it will be in S.F. There is no such thing as "indecency" in S.F. The mayor is a homosexual who believes that laws do not apply to his city. What passes for political thought there is the most whacked-out, liberal silliness on the planet. If you want to see it all, just find a bench to sit, and have fun.....and what's best is that the show is free.
6. Las Vegas - Lake Havasu - Parker - San Diego Gaslamp District - Laughlin ... are a few more ... lol ... the river is known for pasties and boobies during spring break ... lots of drinking and lots of flashing ... !
7. Key West Fla. during October Fest. Any of the Harley Davison motorcycle meets, trouble is there are lots of fat old men at them.
8. Sturgis, South Dakota. For the biggest bike rally in the world. Its about the second week in August every year, its a huge party, I've been there before and its awesome!!!
9. I'm guessing you've never been to San Francisco's Gay Pride. Check it out next June, it's worth the price of a airline ticket, that is unless you are in CA, then it's worth the price of a tank of gas.
