Where are the best MAJOR cities to live in down south?

I live in Chicago and i am thinking of moving. Explain your answers Please explain or you will get thumbs dwon/report abuse

1. Richmond, VA is nice; lots going on, houses not too expensive...lived there for ten years but it was just too damn hot for this Yankee.
2. FORT LA DAL & MIAIM,FLORDIA
3. Charleston, SC. It's a historic town with a lot of sights to see and things to do. Downtown is beautiful! The job market is doing alright here and it's right on the water. You get the best of southern hospitality while living next to some beautiful beaches. Some good schools too, the Citadel, College of Charleston, and Charleston Southern, plus Trident Technical. I really like it!
4. move to jersey, its nice.
