1. The northwest part of the state is best. Springdale, Rogers, Fayetteville. It's where the money is.
2. Mtn Home is pretty good. Low crime rate, two lakes near by, good school system, a little over two hour drive to two good shopping areas(Springfield and Branson MO) zip code is 72653 or 72654
3. I visited Hot Springs once and it was beautiful, had an arts community and lots of outdoorsy things to do. It's pretty conveniently located to many things.
