Best cities in California to live?
I realize that I will get a ton of repsonses, and whats good for one person isnt for another, but I live in Hollywood, and dont really care for it. I really would have to question who likes living in this area, rather depressing. I feel that if I move back east, Boston, that I will regret it, because it may be unfair to judge CA based on LA. I am not into clubbing. I am in my late twenties, and enjoy real, happy, down to earth people, hard to find in Hollywood. How about Burbank? Also, I cant get over how expensive the houses are. I really wish I went to college out here 6 years ago and bought a house. Thanks

- anywhere on the central coast. from santa barbara to san luis obisbo. beautiful!
- why dont you move out of the big cities into the smaller places in central and northern CA. there is more to CA than coastal southern
- San Diego
- I was going to say Central as well. I saw a T-shirt that said something like If you're famous you live in Santa Barbara; If you're wealthy you live in Montecito; but if you're lucky you live in Carpinteria.
- We LOVE Vacaville. It's halfway between Sac and S.F. and has tons of great shopping with a semi-smaller town feel. Not too crowded and very clean and well kept. It is northern Ca though. Just don't move to the Corona/Riverside area. Used to live there and I'd rather live in Hades than move back there.
