What are the highest ranked crime cities in the state of California as far as gang problems, drug problems, burglaries and violent crimes goes?

The ‘Sperling Stress Index’ is composed of nine different factors which are associated with stress: unemployment rate, divorce rate, travel-to-work time, violent and property crime rates, suicide rate, alcohol consumption, self-reported ‘poor mental health’ and number of cloudy days Yuba City was number one on that list.. but you are going to add in all those other factors SF, San Jose and Los Angeles would be in the top 5 along with Fresno, CA.
