Best European city?

I want to give my parents a special Xmas present this year and send them to a european city for a weekend break. Which one would you recommend and why? thnx

2. I know it's trite...but send them to Paris... it's the city of love and your mother will thank you.
3. Well the world would say Paris, London. but i would say if they are the type that love romance. Venice, Italy - historic - interesting - experience Prague, Czech - beautifull - historic - romantic or Monaco - but very expensive
4. I think something like St Peterburg it's nice there,ups but they are Orthodox so they don't have the Xmas same time like Catholics,try something like Monaco it is romantic....
5. Barcelona, in Spain, because i love the works of Antoni Gaudí, including Park Güell, Palau Güell, Casa Milà, Casa Vicens, Sagrada Família , Casa Batlló, Crypt in Colonia Güell.
6. I loved London. Have tried Paris, Berlin, Prague and Rome, but there was just something special and magical about London.
7. 4 me are Tirana and Helsinki.
8. Prague, Czech Republic or London, England.. But for something different, I would recommend Prague.. It's magical at Christmas. :) But unfortunately, colder, so dress warmly if you pick Prague. Prague has its castle, Orloj, Charles Bridge, etc.! London has like everything! London without a doubt speaks English so your parents wouldn't get lost. Hope this helps.
9. During christmas period every city dress up beautyfully... Paris is always romantic, and l think for christmas it'll be absolutely perfect and will leave them breathless.
