What are the cheapest cities in Europe to live in? The lowest cost of living, with pretty good weather, friendly people, safe and lots of culture and history.

- Check out the Croatian coast - Dubrovnik is one of the world's special places, but the city itself might be expensive. Look at the other towns/cities on the coast.
- Turkey, Spain, and Portugal. These counties are the cheapest to live in Europe.
- Ok... I'm asking from Italy... If you search nice people, a beautiful place, cheap and with a good weather in Italy there is a coast city like Imperia (liguria) near France, is not a big city and in 20 minutes you can go to Nizza or Cannes (1 hour), there's a beautiful sea, they produced the best olive oil, there's a lot of special italian food... And if my english will be better I can explein you more than this...sorry...
- Sounds like you want S. Europe because of the weather, friendly people, culture, etc. I would go for somewhere in Spain--not San Sebastian--too expensive. Go for Madrid, Cadiz, Sevilla, Cordoba or Granada. Italy is too expensive.
- Ohrid, Macedonia they have friendly people, very good food and they have the second biggest natural lake in the world with a very nice climate. You can get a really nice house and wake up every morning looking at the lake for about $ 600 to 800 dollars per month. The culture and the history of the city and around there you cant describe it with words you have to see it with your own eyes.
