4. well best place in NORTH AMERICA ---is canada...its cleaner and has less social issues
5. North Carolina, because it is so pretty here all year round. good schools and medical facilities. great highways,friendly people.

10. Everywhere...., go north in the summer, like washington or oregon, and south in the winter to arizona and NM, east in between for lively cities, like Ny or Boston. AND outside america too... lots of other options out there.
