what difference does it make to study in universities in big cities than in small cities in UK.?

I am a Pakistani student aplying to UK universities for Bachelor's in Business Administration course. I am seeking admission in University of Abertay Dundee, Dundee, Scotland. Dundee is a small city in Scotland. Could it be possible to study there and work to bear expenses, as there are less opportunity to work.
