6. There is no cheapest place lol! Unless you considered where i lived for years...under the road and homeless with no job. lol! The cheapest places are usually not were you'll find work. What you need is a plan, an idea of a job first. Find the job then move to it. If you know and read english well that could be anything from a fry cook to a computor geek. I live in California. I've spent many a nite without food or shelter or money or job and I was born here....the grass isn't always greener on the other side! You do well to come with your own grass seed......
