What are the best cities to live in Georgia and Florida?

Yes, my husband and I have been both to Florida many times. Where interested in moving to Florida or Georgia. But, we would like to know the best cities. Whether it is GA or FL we are planning on buying a home? So, we are looking for safe neighborhoods, low taxes and good property value. We are a young couple in our mid twenties.

1. Watkinsville is a great city in Georgia to live in...I love it....Oconee County is wonderful place to raise a family...very quiet, yet close to Athens, a great college town that has anything you could possibly need.
