Where is the best place to stay for spring breakin in Panama City, Florida?

A good place to sleep 4 people, not too expensive (i know its gunna be some money, but something not to much) and has anyone ever stayed at the Holiday Inn? how was it, whats in it, what are the rooms like. thanks.

1. www.panamacitybeach.com This website will show you rooms available and I believe they have a live webcam at the Holiday Inn. I lived on Panama City Beach for 20 years. Most of the older places that I knew have been torn down and being replaced with new condo's. Just make sure when you call for your reservations, to ask age requirements. Alot of the locals are very picky about spring breakers and rooms. Have fun and be safe !!! If you stay off the beach, you really won't save that much more money. Plus you will have the hassel of having to drive from town onto the beach. The traffic can get pretty bad.
2. Try to stay off the beach. If you stay at a dive on the beach it's going to be higher than a dive off the beach.
