where are the best cities to relocate to for jobs and art culture in the US and why?

1. Try Washington DC and the surrounding area. There is a huge diversity of culture, activities and art and businesses are booming.
2. The best places are in new Mexico b/c everything is still cheap!! You can afford a house & find jobs most places. It is just like 1950.
3. there's always a job in NYC and it IS art culture, museums, theatre, art galleries you name it
