Cities for jobs in graphic design.?

I currently live in Vancouver and have heard that the market for graphic design is over saturated. I'm planning on taking a graphic design course when I finish high school and am wondering if I would be able to find better career opportunities in another city, maybe Toronto? I've tried job websites I'm just wondering if anyone out there would happen to know off hand if the market is better.

1. I'm a designer too. I am trying to find a new job because I don't like the agency I am at and it is pretty difficult right now. Who's to say what it will look like in a year or two but right now it is tough going.
2. Being a bit larger city I"m sure it is. I've done some researching about graphic design positions in the various cities.Your career choice is a solid one as it is expected to continue to rise in demand for about the next ten years.
