What cities are good for call center jobs?

I'm possibly looking to move and wondering what cities have good customer service or technical support jobs. Does anyone have more answers than these? Surely there's more.

7. Los Angeles has quite a few call center jobs for banks, cable utilities and DirecTV. Mind you the phone companies have outsourced their Call Centers to India and the Phillipines.
