I am looking to find some cities that have or are losing jobs or industry that may be motivated to work incentives to locate my Manufacturing and distribution company where can I find a list, if any???

1. I doubt there would be a specific list. However, start with state legislation. I work for a company that contacted the offices of nine governors and are currently having the states compete against one another to offer the best location packages. Included in such a package would be the intended location, how to handle the increased infrastructure, and any tax/financial advantages of doing business in that state.
