What are the pays like for network administrator jobs in india cities?

anyone? also is it possible for someone like me from uk to come and work in india? whats the maximum pay IT proffessionals get like network admins or so... yeh thats correct pay is low but im thinking to retire or work ful time in india as thiers no life in uk...we just work work work
