problems of the big cities?

for geography i have to write down several problems that big cities have to face. (any type of problems: social, financial etc.) could anyone please name some of them? thank you

1. Some of the problems I know of are crowds, taxes, expense, driving and parking. Finding streets. Plowing snow, crime. Can't think of any more.
2. Decreased tax base, population decline, rapid population increase, need for services, lack of infrastructure, crime, among many others. It's a very broad question.
