2. I don't know about living there, but I have visited Austin Minnesota, the Spam capital of the world a couple of times and had a blast, especially at the Moose lodge. A bartender in Colorado who was from there told us about and he was so right!
3. I live in Mora MN in east central Minnesota. The crime rate is low, the schools are great and their are jobs. And so many people commute nowadays. You are close to St Cloud and you are close to the Twin Cities. Another small city I just visited for the 1st time myself was Grand Rapids MN and it is closer to Duluth than anything else. There seemed to be alot going on there for a town of 10,000 or so.
4. Plymouth, Minnetonka, Apple Valley Easy to get to downtown Minneapolis for your jobs.
