Which US city has the best looking girls?

Which city in the US do you think has the best looking girls of all ethnicities, and Why? ; )

1. Washington DC. I remember checking out that one Hot-or-Not.com website quite a few years ago, and it listed Washington DC girls as having the highest average rating. It makes sense, all the world's embassy staff is there, plus it's a great place to study government, politics, and English.
2. New York -- Fashion and Entertainment capital and people from all over the world and more of them than any other city in the US.
3. Los Angeles. It's live model heaven there. Although some have had plastic surgery....
4. All cities are going to have good-looking and not-so-good-looking girls. You can't just group them all into ONE city. Sorry.
