How do I add weather display for non-us cities in yahoo messenger 8.0 ?

It only allows me to add US zipcode. How do I add other countries? My city list for the weather in my Yahoo! Messenger 7.5 was stuck and could not be modified. I could change it by logging on to my Yahoo! account but it does not reflect in my Yahoo! Messenger 7.5. That's why I installed Messenger 8.0. My weather display is OK now in Messenger 8.0 but I am not able to add weather for cities in foreign countries. (no zip code). How do I add cities like Tokyo and Bangkok ? Thanks, Jason
