What is the BEST state to live in, in the United States? Why?

1. california!!! nice weather, relax lifestyle. nice surfing spot. i'll choose san francisco
2. orlando florida because they have a good basketball team and youve got walt disney world and the houses are cheap and massive and its a popular tourist destination
3. i dont know, but indiana sucks!
4. I like colorado because i like the mountains. I also like my states in near-perfect geometric shapes
5. Maryland! (but not in Baltimore) It's beautiful with hills and farms. You have so much fun driving there. Corn fields, and horse farms are nice. Red neck guys are cool. And all four seasons are occured in the same length period. By the time you get fed up with some season, then it's starting to be changed. Also, Ocean City is awesome!
6. There's ups and downs to everystate. If you like the weather changing dramatically come live in Minnesota. But when I was down in Florida working last winter it was pretty nice down there. Except the middle of the state. Looked pretty bare. But then you got the hurricanes!! I don't mind it up here in Minnesota.
7. New Hampshire. Beaches, mountains, sports, lakes, forests, low crime rate...
