What are the best states to live in with horses, trail riding that are not over 90 summer & under 40 winter?

  2. Don't think there is such a place. Mild winters mean hot summers. Good luck in your search.
  3. Well I was going to tell you north central Idaho,summers are perfect, but the winters get a little cooler than you are looking for.
  4. ONly place with a climate close to that is Hawaii.

  6. We live in Missouri and have some beautiful places to go for long trail rides many of which have camping spots along the route. This year I don't think it ever got over 100 this summer and winters here aren't to bad.
  7. well, i live in east TN and about 9 months a year it's perfect for trail riding. it gets too cold about late november till about february. but even many days then it's not too too bad. and it's not often it geta above 90 in the summer.
