3. As a South Carolinian, I have to say, I LOVE my home state! So, for me, it is the best. I don't know what the worst would be, but like the best, I am sure it is all very subjective.
4. I hate to break the news but as one who has been a legal resident of 18 states, I can tell you that the worst states to live in are in the North....trust me. And the comment on Georgia being racist is invalid. The most racist place in America is Chicago and Indiana has the most registered KKK members in America. The South is no longer the stereotyped racist community it once was. Ask any southern African-American.
