Never mind the polls that list Iceland and Norway as best places in the world to live, where is the best place

1. Haven't found it yet, but I can tell you its not NYC! MY ideal is somewhere mountainous, not overly populated where people are nice and not prejudiced, somewhere with clean air and not a lot of litter. Probably out west somewhere or northern New England.
