1. I would go to the Landing downtown. It's right on the river and has many restaurants and bars plus a fairly large crowd.
2. You should check out the dining guide at Folio Weekly. They have addresses and prices included with the guide. For places to see, I have provided you with a visitors guid by the Jacksonville's tourist bureau.
3. I enjoyed the Chart House Restaurant right on the south bank. Very nice atmosphere, right on the riverwalk, and excellent food. It's located almost at the point the water taxi docks and its a nice place to go for a walk after dinner. Not cheap, but well worth the money. I guarantee you will not be diappointed!
