Where are the best places to raise children in Florida and have job opportunities?

1. Northern and Central Florida. I'd avoid Southern Florida if your children are under 16.
2. I live here,in Florida....if I have children...I am moving...I would not raise my kids here..lots of reasons...school system,sexual predators,transients....low wages...I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for about 10 years and I am seriously thinking of relocating within a year.
