what are the best trick-or-treating places in California?

me and my friend want to go trick-or-treating but we dont know were the good spots to go trick-or-treating are. please help

1. I think the best place to trick or treat is probly in Coto De Caza!!! they hand out 20 doller bills!!! And MONEY!!! and HUGE! candy bars! Coto De Caza ROCKS!!!
